Don, I am following along. I am caught up in my own world and becoming increasingly selfish. I am trying to change that trend in my life. I seriously pray that you are delivered from this beast and a miracle of epic proportions is unleashed in your life.

I can’t really comment much more given my existing situation, but if you ever want to talk or play cribbage, I’d love to hang with you. In fact, I think I have a pack of supersize over the hill cards given as a gag gift to someone once. Maybe they would help with your vision issues.

I hope you don’t take offense to that that last sentence. I mean it as a tongue in cheek joke. The kind that only people going through/have gone through this situation can get away with.

I pray daily for your healing and for your family.

I’m curious to know if the doctors have discussed with you the option of putting in a port for your IVs and blood work? I don’t know how you have stood the pain of all of your IVs. I had my port put in my neck, just below my collar bone and I had no problems. If no one has spoken to you about this option please, please ask them!

I wrote a comment the other day, but didn’t have it on the most recent entry of yours. Rooting for you as always and that is in parallel for my better half who is going through what you are as well. Would like to correspond more with you if you are up to it on the treatments, as we are being treated by Duke as well.
