SLAMD gets some significant new life

After over two years SLAMD gets some impressive new capabilities. Our own Neil Wilson, Chief Architect at UnboundID, just released a great set of updates to the SLAMD open source code base. He had been waiting for the release of the UnboundID LDAP SDK for Java, which we finally open sourced and announced a few weeks ago.

SLAMD is an exceptional network load generation test tool, which has become synonymous with high performance and high scale testing for directory servers and other network services, like web and relational database servers.

Read Neil’s blog entry on SLAMD to learn all the details and how you can rejoin the associated mail lists for SLAMD.
